New Stake Original: Packs

Stake has introduced a new casino game to its Originals lineup called “Packs”.

It’s inspired by the excitement of opening collectable trading cards, but it adds a gambling twist, where each card reveals a multiplier instead of a creature or character.

With a total of 240 unique cards split across multiple rarity levels, players can build their collection while aiming for multipliers that can reach up to 50,000x their wager.

How to Play

In each round of Packs, you open a virtual pack containing five cards, adn each card holds a multiplier based on its rarity.

You begin by placing your bet, then either manually open packs or use the Auto-Pack feature, which allows you to set how many packs to open automatically, along with limits based on your balance or collection goals.

Open the Packs game.
Set your bet amount.
Open packs manually or enable autoplay.
Check your card collection progress and potential winnings.

The outcome of each pack is determined by a random number generator (RNG), making every pack a surprise.

Rarity of Cards

240 different cards can be found in Packs, and they’re grouped into six rarity levels. The rarer the card, the higher the potential multiplier it carries.

Most packs will contain common cards, while the rarest cards are extremely difficult to find.

Common cards make up the largest group with 100 unique types. These appear most frequently, offering low multipliers between 0.01x and 0.04x. Combined, these have roughly a 36% to 58% chance of appearing in a pack.

Uncommon cards include 60 varieties. These show up less often, with multipliers ranging from 0.10x to 0.80x. Their overall appearance rate is about 8%.

Rare cards consist of 55 types and have multipliers that range from 1.00x to 15.00x. These are harder to find, with individual appearance chances below 1%.

Epic cards are much less common, with only 15 types available. Their multipliers are much higher, between 50.00x and 150.00x, but they appear very rarely.

Legendary cards are even harder to come by, with just 9 varieties. These offer large multipliers from 500x to 1,000x, and appear at extremely low odds.

The Stake Card is the rarest of all and there is only one. If found, it offers a massive 10,000x multiplier, but the odds of pulling it are just 0.00001%.

Set a budget before you begin. Decide how much you’re comfortable spending and stick to it.
Start with small bets to get used to how the game works before raising your stakes.
Play manually instead of using autoplay if you want more control over your spending.
Use Auto-Pack settings carefully, set limits on losses, and define stop conditions.
Try betting strategies like the Martingale or 1-3-2-6 system if you're comfortable, but remember these don’t guarantee wins.
